A micro in a small retail unit painted with dark blue walls. Fairly typical of its type, except that the one beer fridge is tiny. Just a pair of cask ales on offer - Weekend Project Bron-y-Aur and Sureshot Absolute Casserole - plus various crafty keg stuff. Not my favourite of the micros here but ok.

Formerly the Go-Between it’s a square room micro; now with blue walls, industrial lighting and one exposed brick wall. There are two pulls and a range of interesting kegs on the counter to the left on entering, plus a fridge of cans and bottles worth drinking. It has two screens one each end of the room, one showing stills of events in the bar the other showing I think a film with subtitles. Bench seating round the walls and the “Throne Room” is out back.

A somewhat earthy micro on this occasion, housed in a shoppy unit with woody walls and counter. Four pulls of smaller breweries. Photos and amusing beer related quotes on the walls.
