A Charnwood brewery tap/micro (no guest ales, so I say it isn't). Wide Open Space inside with a Geordie barmaid pretending she wasn't Geordie. Army green colours, comfy seating, wood burner. Music very much barmaid's choice, at least no Jimmy Nail I suppose. Four Charnwood on; I tried the By George (NBSS 3) and Salvation (3) – competent if not sparkling though they were the first ones out after opening as I was the first arse through the door. Felt a bit clinical really, needs more life and variety. GBG listed. 6.5
