Blue Scrumpy left this review about Vineyard 72
No longer owned by the Storm Brewery, this place is now Vineyard 72, a wine bar and restaurant offering charcuterie-type products and small plates.
Unsurprisingly, cask ale is no longer offered. There were a small number of keg options including Neck Oil and some bottles in a fridge. We opted for the South West Orchards Raspberry Craft Cider. Sangria & spritz drinks are sold in jugs.
Inside, there is some booth-style seating. Music was playing and the place didn't seem too up itself. So, it probably fills a niche market in the local drinking/dining scene. It wasn't really my cup of tea though.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Storm Cellar
A corner bar, housed in a fairly modern looking corner building that was previously an Amusement Arcade. The owner told me that he hated the suspended ceiling especially the polished gold looking frame that holds the ceiling tiles, as it reminded him of the Arcade. I didn't really notice it until he mentioned it. Also they had a 1980s arcade gaming machine in working order near the door, featuring Space Invaders etc. 50p per game.
This one room bar is owned by Black Storm Brewery and had three of their beers on handpump, which were Black Storm Gold, Blonde and Porter, plus two guest from Navigation Brewery, Rebel and Saviour. I went for the Gold which was ok, but wasn't outstanding for a Microbrewery beer, quite mainstream in my opinion.
