Strongers . left this review about Arcadia

Arcadia is a flagstone floored restaurant and bar with a central wooden serving counter with inlaid stained glass across the rear wall. A beer board on the white tiled back bar listed twelve, mostly very local, keg options with five from Utopian Brewery who were also supplying two of the three cask ales which were their British Pale Ale and Blonde Ale. The third cask was Hanlon’s Port Stout and a forth hand pump stood unused. There barman was very friendly and took the time to explain the concept of this venue, but I was half-cut so can’t remember what he said. There’s an upstairs area that I didn’t visit because I took it to be the dining area. Whilst this feels like a restaurant the draught selection actually suggests it is more than that so I’d pop back in again, but maybe not when it’s dead on a Wednesday evening.

Tucked away round the back of the shops is this upmarket restaurant and bar. The posh restaurant is downstairs, while upstairs is the equally posh modern bar. Sadly no real ales, although a couple of craftlike things are on keg. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
