Three handpumps, the Day Dream from local brewer Frank & Otis plus two ciders from Bristol Cider, a traditional one plus an elderflower flavoured one. There were 6 taps, offering Budvar, a house lager brewed by Grey Trees, a house pale ale called Road Haus brewed by Frank & Otis, a cider called Apples brewed by Glamorgan Brewing and then two from Quantock, a hazy session IPA called Radicle, and a session pale ale called QPA.
This is a lovely, simple glass fronted tap house, not far from Radyr station. There is a small amount of seating out the front that was the most popular part today. Inside it has an industrial flooring with the bar servery on the right-hand wall mid venue. Seating via a green leather banquette on the right-hand wall serving a couple of regular tables in front of the servery. Similar banquette behind the bar and some regular tables and chairs down the left-hand wall. Some seating at the back via cinema style fold up chairs. This is a sister venue of the Rhiwbina Tap but I must admit I much preferred this family member. Nothing else nearby, but worth a small detour if in the area.
