Originally an electrical shop called AYS, then a failed micro called A Wise Man (A YS-Man), now taken over by an optimistic and very enthusiastic lady who has touted it as a cocktail bar. The single room is small and has a handfull of modern tables. Laminated cocktail menus grace these tables, while the small bar counter at the back lacks any proper handpumps. There is, unsurprisingly, no real ale or cider, just a couple of megakeg options. The floor was sticky to walk on, so maybe some sawdust was needed. The landlady was chatty, the other customers less so, but it was nothing special without any beer.
