A longish bar in a more modern building with older looking wooden window frames and details. Inside, the main bar is the right side of the single room, the left end is almost separated by a residual wall and houses a pool table. The counter is along the back wall and has two horseshoes and a treble of ciders, nothing to write home about so I won’t. Interesting tiles from the front door to the counter, seating is mostly banquettes and chairs with a couple of tall tables. Flag based decor and not just World Cup stuff, although there’s a lot of window and not much wall. The usual accompaniments of screens, machines and piped music (juke box). Another well patronised pub at lunchtime.
