A pub has been mooted for this site, vacated by Strachan's a few years back (see items here: http://braemarscotland.co.uk/r/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Braemar-CAP-2017-WEB.pdf (page 5) and here: http://invercauld.estate/BraemarSustainable/index.html (see paragraph headed Community Services and Transport)) and the idea has now been given official planning approval, according to notices posted in the windows. Watch this space!
