Bucking Fastard left this review about The Four Horsemen
There was no sign of the Apocalypse in Sandy when I popped in.The vibe is of a coffee shop which also serves keg beer after 11am,so it's the best bet for an early pint when in town.A basic shop conversion with pine and metal tables at the front and a bar at the rear right, with a friendly welcome and a decent soundtrack.
There are 3 indie beer keg taps nearer to the coffee maker with a rotating choice which on my trip was Polly's White Noise (very decent, not too cold),Glasshouse Holly Pale Ale and Round Corner Brewing Social Club while to the side of the bar facing the front there are high fonts offering on my trip Somersby Cider,Hobgoblin Stout,Brooylyn Pilsner and Lager together with Kirin.
Shame there is no attempt at real ale,but we all enjoyed our early doors pint.Whatpub opening times are incorrect,it's open most days around 9am for coffee and tea. I'm not sure I would spend a session in here but it's worth popping in to see whats on.
