Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Banks

Not hard to guess what this corner building's previous use was, but this is now an 'Ale & Wine' house but also with a wide range of drinks so there's probably something here for most people. A few more tables than one might expect, but the interior doesn't feel cluttered. Four decorative handpumps can be found on the counter, but the cask ales are actually dispensed by gravity from three rather inconspicuous taps behind the counter on the right-hand side adjoining the cool store. Dark Star Hophead (£4.00) and Prohibition from Kent Brewery were available on my visit.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Banks

Our intention here was to visit the Tap Room micropub next door. We arrived at 12pm on Saturday, expecting it to be open, no such luck. We saw a notice on the door open at 5pm. We were about to depart when the owner of Banks spotted us and asked if we were looking for real ales, so he explained that he had three ales freshly on, so we ventured in.
This turned out to be an excellent place, a couple of locals sitting at the bar told us that they had given up with the micropub, as its opening hours were so unreliable, plus the beer quality went down.
The owner of Banks said that it was great business for him, as he just poaches people into his place, and that you could call back to the micro at 5pm that evening and it might not open until 7pm.
Three ales on, Bexley Anchor Bay IPA, Dark Star Hophead and Oakham Scarlet Macaw. We went for the Bexley, which was in top form. This is a one roomed bar, which was in pristine condition with newly installed upholstered bench seating along the outer walls and a fine collection of old style keg fonts along shelving and along the window sills. The owner was chatty and welcoming, so glad we popped in.
