Calling this place a Pub is a stretch for what is essentially an identikit “lounge” chain. The same basic layout with faux vintage feel in a large square dark room. Their standard food and drink menu is available with no cask and just Brixton brewery pale ale or Hofbrau Lager the standouts from a bog standard keg menu with no bitter/stout to bee seen.
Food is king, cocktails a distant second and beer a lowly third but I would say the food is of reasonable quality for the price and a cut above other chain eateries such as Greene King/Wetherspoon.
Not the sort of place to drop by just for a drink but fill the void of casual food experience without having to go to a proper restaurant – It is definitely not a not though.

Large room with bar to the left side. No hand pumps. Poor service. Mainly for diners, I suspect.

Brand new place, part of the Lounge chain. No ale on the bar but a good selection of drinks and really good food. Its a bit of a cross between a Wetherspoons and a TGI Friday. Child friendly, open all day, a great use of an old McDonalds that closed many years ago.
