No cask. Keg offering of Alpacalypse, Madri, Guinness, Coors, Pravha, Aspall, three Thatchers flavoured cider in usual vertical array, Blue Moon, Doom Bar and Thatchers Juicy Apple cider.
Another bar venue on bar strip. This one, like Orange Square next door, has an outside covered terrace, but this one rarely puts all the sides on to be fully enclosed (presumably a sop to smokers). Bifold front doors so opens out onto terrace in decent and warmer weather. Inside concrete flooring with a tile skirt in front of bar counter along rear wall. There are some blue/green leather banquettes along the left-hand wall serving a few regular tables with fabric chairs the other side thereof. Middle floor space occupied by a mixture of regular and tall tables with a booth table in front right-hand corner and then a large bench table along the rest of the right-hand wall. There is a DJ booth in the rear right-hand corner. Screen was switched off on my visit, and the music was low so venue not in the party swing as I see when I regularly pass.

Savannah is a cross between a café bar, sports bar and late night bar. On the rear wall is a serving counter that surprisingly supports three hand pumps that were drawing Harvey’s Best (x2) and Wharf IPA. A standard and premium keg range is also available. There are televisions on the walls and Sky Sports is advertised, but during my visit there was a Alex Ferguson documentary airing via Channel Four. This was muted in favour of some low dance music. My visit was early evening on a recent Saturday when there were a few people sat outside on the covered front patio area. Inside I was the only customer until a group of girls came in dressed like they were going out out. This was the perfect trigger for me to neck my half and leave.
