Proove is a craft bar and pizza restaurant that I visited early on a recent midweek evening. There’s some seating under a front awning that is looked upon by a beer shelf that runs across the front, that was opened up due to the clement weather. The serving counter is found to the left and rows of tables run to the rear which is a fair way back. I went for half a Camden Hells that wasn’t great, I was the only customer when I arrived so I think it may have been the first of the day. I noted a single unused hand pump on the counter as I waited for my drink. Being hungry I decided to order the Funghi pizza, which again wasn’t the best being a tad burnt on the top and doughy in the middle. I think they need to turn the oven down a bit. The service was polite and there was some 90s music thrown in, but I wasn’t very impressed and don’t plan on returning.
