I would rename this pub as the Fisherman’s Bar @ Port-Na-Craig Inn.

As well as the Fisherman’s Bar, it’s also known as the Port-Na-Craig Inn & Restaurant. The kitchen is apparently open from May 2022.

The sizeable beer garden here enjoys a particularly picturesque setting, with views of the River Tummel and Pitlochry Dam and the surrounding mountains in the background. Unfortunately, being a Highland midwinter, it was closed. Although it's an extremely attractive old building, the interior is disappointingly modern and bland. The handful of other customers were all dining in the small, plush lounge where the bar is to be found. Another, larger section, just inside the main entrance door, has tables which could accommodate more people if required. This was one of the most expensive pubs I visited in town, with Guinness at £4 a pint. San Miguel and Carlsberg lagers, Belhaven Best and Somersby cider were also on tap. Although I wasn't particularly impressed with the place overall, I imagine it would be very different on a warm summer evening when the beer garden is open. The 5 out of 10 can therefore be regarded as a "winter rating."
