A good and friendly micropub, which was busy on our Friday lunchtime visit, it got even busier when a group of 12 woman walkers popped in. They do however have a decent sized beer garden out the back, which was in full use as it was a nice day on our visit.
The bar area had white painted walls and ceilings, the bar counter was polished pine boards with a painted bar front, with the back bar in a dark grey. There was some large brass lamps hanging down along the bar counter, which was a decent feature. Five cask ales and one cider on handpump, Deeply Vale Hop, Reedley Hallows Filly Close Blonde, Saltaire Zephyr, Vocation Chop & Change Eclipse, Titanic Mild and the Cider was Rosie's Pig Rhubarb Cider. We went for the Reedley Hallows, which was superb - a 3.9% at £3.50 a pint.
There were also 6 keg taps along the back bar area. This micro opens at 11am everyday.

A fine micropub. I only went in the ground floor bit and this, as you would expect, is small. 6 handpumps serving a good variety of beers from Lancaster, Crwr Îal, Wily Fox, Titanic and Deeplyvale. Their own brew is available. 6 keg fonts are along the wall behind the bar. A good little place.

Two storey micropub on the main shopping street. Very steep stairs both up to the first floor and down to the toilets. It's fairly basic, with a few beer posters around the walls and a multi coloured guitar. It was very busy on my Friday, early evening visit and the 6 handpumps were getting some welly. My pint was in good nick and I'll happily call in here again for one.

Refreshingly bright and clean micro pub situated on Rawtenstall's main shopping street complete with a friendly and knowledgeable hostess. The décor is that of light coloured wood with seating for around 10 people plus ample space towards the bar area for the vertical drinker.Popped in about 10-15am for an early Saturday morning snifter where I found 6 interesting cask ales to choose from and opted for The Brightside Brewing Company's Underground porter which was indeed in fine fettle. There is a bottle cabinet behind the bar with a fair selection of imported and local bottles, plus a plus bottles of wine and the like in the niche where the fireplace was.
Warning if you go to the downstairs toilet be aware of the steep and deep steps.
I think there is also seating upstairs although I never ventured there.
