Visited 09/04/26. Visited previously 23/10/23.

No cask. Keg offering of Victoria Malaga lager, Rosa Blanca, Complot IPA and the El Gaitero Spanish cider. Decent selection of Spanish beers by the bottle also.

Ostensibly a tapas bar on a side street very near to the Millennium stadium. Some picnic bench seating at the side but inside it is a long rectangle along the side street with a chessboard pattern tile flooring. There is a shop element to the left of the entrance selling Spanish produce and opposite the deli counter. The bar counter is along the rear wall to the right of the entrance and runs most of the length of the venue that side. There is a fair amount of tall stool seating along the metallic topped bar counter. There is a drinking ledge with tall stools on the window side to the right of the entrance plus then some tall tables with tall stools down the remainder of that side and along the right-hand edge in the windows facing the main road. There was a staircase at the far end and so there might well be upstairs seating in what would otherwise be a small capacity seating venue. I would rate more highly as a tapas bar but rated here as a beer destination.

Mainly functions as a well-regarded Spanish restaurant, though they are happy to take drinkers at the bar. To the left is a shop, right is bar and further up and on is the restaurant. Black and white chequerboard floor, whitewashed brick walls – quite nice if a bit modern for some tastes. Three kegged Damm beers available at reasonable prices; wine is the seller here, as you'd expect given the Iberian angle. Hard to judge really; I liked it for something a bit different as a beer drinker.
