Rex Rattus left this review about Sambrook's Brewery
The Sambrook's brewery complex includes a taproom that is open to the public. Like most brewery taprooms, it has fairly restricted opening times - Thursday and Friday 5.00 PM to 10.00 PM, and Saturday noon to 10.00 PM. When I was in there last night they had on four of Sambrook's ales - Wandle; Junction; Battersea Rye; and Pumphouse Pale Ale. All are £3.50 a pint. The cilinary delights seem to start and end with pork scratchings, but pizze can be ordered from a local pizzeria.
The taproom is a one-room affair on the first floor, with full length windows on the left looking down on the brewing operation. Canteen style tables and chairs comprises the furnishings. It's all very functional with no real attempt to inject any comfort. But the beer was in excellent condition, and at £3.50 a pint pretty good value as well.
