ROB Camra left this review about The Duck's Nuts

This place really doesn't know what it wants to be anymore. It claims to be a micropub, but it's spread over two rooms and all the beer comes from Marstons, so that would disqualify it instantly in my opinion. They serve hot food most of the day and there was a singer blasting out on a Thursdat, late afternoon. I had a pint of 61 Deep which wasn't very good and may have contributed to me being sick later that night. It's no longer a micropub and it's pretty crap now. We'll be missing this one out next time we're in St Annes.

Real Ale Ray left this review about No 10 Ale House

This was a reasonably sized micro with high tables and stools down the right hand side and standard tables and chairs down the left. The walls were finished in grey and the bar area was positioned on the left hand side towards the rear. Six pumps serving five ales and one cider, Bowness Bay Swan Blonde, Jennings Atomic Theory, No 10 Blonde Ale, Irwell Works Brewery Marshmallow Unicorn Milk Stout and Irwell Mad Dogs and Englishmen. I tried a good few of these beers and all were in top notch condition. The barman was friendly and helpful and the locals were all jolly and chatty. We spent some time here as it was that good.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about No 10 Ale House

This micro-pub is turning three years old on 30 November 2018, and is a pleasant little spot in staid St Annes. The two high eight-seater tables plus six small round ones can be supplemented by some pavement furniture when the weather is clement. Choice of five real ales and two ciders on the handpumps, including the 'house' No 10 Blonde, Fernades Half Nelson, Bank Top 3 Lost Ladies (£3.20), Blackthorne Stout from Worsthorne and Lancaster Brewhouse American Red Ale.
