A students bar at the base of an ultra-new building serving the De Montfort crowd, trying for a 50s/60s/70s vibe in a modern setting. It’s a long room decorated with retro movie posters at one end and a mural of all sorts of random retro characters on the other with exposed brick walls inbetween. TARDIS entrance to toilets. Upright piano and an old iron post box spotted. A single ale, Marstons Pedigree which was OK but tasted a bit muddy to me (pipe cleaning required?). Sierra Nevada in bottles did for me after the first one.
