Komakino . left this review about The Seven Stars
A community-owned pub in the spread-out village of Dinton, this is well-set back from the road and its car park, with stone steps winding through a small but pleasant beer garden to the entrance which still retains its Aylesbury Brewing Company oval plaque with the duck logo. You enter into a small lobby from where the bar is accessed to the right and an extended area to the left has been built as a dining room. If you walk past the bar and go through a door marked 'Robinson Bar' this takes you into a snug room with varied seating, inglenook fireplace and separate bar area and which can be hired for private functions. The three ales available were Fuller's London Pride, Rebellion IPA and an iffy Vale Best which had an end-of-barrel taste to it. This is a rustic village pub which has gastro pretentions but has no truck with the solo drinker, so despite the below-par ale, I'll spare them too low a score on this occasion
