Strongers . left this review about BrewDog Glasgow Merchant City
Formulaic BrewDog with industrial interior and ceiling that looks like all the trades quit mid-job. This is a very wide pub with booth seating along the left wall and a long table down the centre faced by the bar counter. Boards up on the back bar list multiple craft keg for lots and lots of pennies. I didn’t venture into the long right-hand seating area, but it looked like tables ran along the front windows up to booths along the right wall. The service was polite, and it was sweet that the young barman took the time to explain to this aging sales manager what a VAT receipt is. BrewDog venues are all identical so I tend not to seek them out when travelling, but this place was right next door to Rab Ha’s so I decided to tick it off. I’ll not be visiting again.

Real Ale Ray left this review about DogHouse Merchant City
The layout here consisted of a long and narrow room, with the entrance area being slightly larger to house the kitchen and bar. The staff were pleasant and hip as per usual. We sat down the far end in on of the booths and went for the Elvis Juice and Planet Pale, which was good. I noticed a glass cabinet displaying Brew Dog merchandise which was a first for me, all heavily priced. As Just a Quick Pint mentions below, we too found the main focus here was food led, which was pricey for what you get.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about DogHouse Merchant City
Typical Brew Dog industrial-look outlet, with a mix of modern furniture in a range of styles, but with much more of a focus on food than most. In addition to a full selection of its own beers, it also feature a range of guests, with a total of about 25 craft keg taps. However, with only a short stop available, I sampled the Jet Black Heart (£2.20, half).
