Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about All Bar One
Located on the outer edge of Grand Central on the Bullring side, this one is the usual shiny modern bar / restaurant with no features of note. No real ale either, of course, so opted for the Purity Longhorn IPA (at a whopping £5.10).

Modern average unit within New Street Station, a step up from what was here previously but its all too average. No effort needed as its just to catch the passing train passengers

One of a number of All Bar Ones dotted around and as bad as the others. Set in New St Station this is another gleaming overpriced monstrosity. Open plan and all sparkly. No real ale.

This is a new pub that was built while New Street station and area was being done up.
I had a short time to wait for a train so thought i would see what was outside New Street station, this was the first pub i noticed and a new one for me to do.
Once inside there is one very large room which is slightly curved just like its frontage, there is a very long bar on the right or rear side, the seating is normal tables and chairs in the middle area and bench seating on the front areas plus a few tall tables and chairs.
There were no real ales on the bar,so i had a half of Guinness which was pretty expensive,i also noted keg Longhorn IPA on the bar.
The pub was packed with Birminghams bright young people probably making me look a bit out of place and on my 24th pub of the day.
OK for a quick half if waiting for a train, but there must be better options nearby.
