Lovely little pub as described below, most people out in the garden on a sunny afternoon, though due to steps we elected to sit out the front. And wonderfully Harvey's Best was on the pumps, I've never seen it this far away from Lewes and it was in excellent condition. If I wasn't driving we would have stayed for seconds.
Definitely worth a look if you're exploring the pretty villages around her

Village pub that feels quite remote. Inside, it is a fairly small space which I could imagine could get crowded quite quickly. As it was, there were just two other couples present with their dogs. I believe there was a separate room for pub games.
Food is limited to cheese boards and the like. Although, there was also a few ice cream flavours. Two ales on were Marston's Wainwright & Adnams Bitter. There were also a couple of ciders - Weston's Old Rosie & Gwynt y Ddraig Happy Daze.
Toilets are outside in a pretty garden area to the rear. This is certainly an attractive old village pub with a cosy interior and worth seeking out. Opening hours are limited though.
