David Ross left this review about The Old Post Office

The name, presumably, derives from the fact that this was once Stirling’s main Post Office. It’s a massive barn of a place with loud music and door stewards, which wouldn’t normally be to my taste. In its favour, however, is the huge selection of draught beers on offer. I counted at least 20 different beer taps, many of overseas origin, ranged along the bar top, which could well have once been the Post Office counter. I initially played safe with a pint of Tennent’s lager, which cost me £2.90, but later got more adventurous and tried the never previously heard of Kozel from the Czech Republic, which cost £3.50 for a pint. Several of the other beers on tap were also new to me. Although I didn’t particularly like the surroundings, it might be worth returning on a quiet afternoon, rather than a weekend night, for a more detailed exploration of the beers on offer.
