Old Boots left this review about The Tetley
A great refurbishment of the old Tetley’s brewery offices. On entering the counter is ahead and is in a room containing a huge amount of historic brewery memorabilia. Three aerial photos of the brewery site dominate the corridor to the toilets. There are rooms to each side but the right hand one is a bit sparse, the others are nicely furnished with leather and dark wood, the left hand one looks more for dining than drinking. Six pulls supply a range of Kirkstall beers with naturally Tetleys Bitter wheresoever it’s brewed, on one and a beer labelled Allsopps Pale on another. Excellent quality all round. A good two hander with the nearby Adephi.

Set in an eye catching building the slightly pubby interior has a good number of interesting artifacts and memorabilia scattered around the place. I resisted the lure of Tetleys Bitter opting for Kirkstall Dissolution IPA. An interesting place but not on a return list.

Real Ale Ray left this review about The Tetley
An impressive standalone art deco building, which is positioned in its own grounds. The interior was interesting with rescued pieces of pub furniture and memorabilia. We passed a large lounge area on the right of entrance and headed for the rear bar. The bar had a stainless steel counter top, white tiled bar front with a steel foot rest and chrome finished handpumps. Six pumps serving Tetley's Bitter, Five Points Railway Porter, Leeds Yorkshire Gold & Pale, Kirkstall Three Swords & Dissolution IPA. The beer quality was good and prices were ok. I especially liked the collection of old pub trays in the cabinet, opposite the bar.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Tetley
First revisit to the art deco former Tetley's brewery headquarters building following its takeover by Kirkstall. The café-style look of its previous incarnation is now more pub-like (although the lounge area at the front is very sparsely furnished) and has some artefacts of historic interest on display in several cabinets. Of course, Tetley's Cask is available as one of five different cask ales from the two banks of three handpumps, but whether this is a fitting tribute to the past, or an offensive piece of product placement from Northampton destined to send old Joshua spinning yet faster in his grave, is left to the visitor to decide... Anyway, I went for the 'Hammond's' Unity Ale, and good to see it back in better hands.
