Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Blackfriars

Small, minimalist bar linked to the Blackfriars restaurant established in March 2013. School canteen-type furniture. Quiet on a Saturday afternoon, so the staff were friendly and attentive, producing some tasty (if pricey) food in good time. No real ale, but five interesting craft beers on tap (e.g. Wild Beer Solera at £3.45 for a 2/3rd pint schooner).
