E TA left this review about Quayside Bar & Kitchen

Previously The Harbour Cafe, the name gives a clue as to the location. It's a somewhat bland and inefficient organisation, pale walls, no atmosphere and no real pub feel to it. The single bar has extended into neighbouring premises, while there's a limited amount of outside seating at the front when the weather is good enough. The wifi didn't work, the so-called chef was awkward and the solitary waitress not that welcoming. There was one cask ale on, Proper Job, which was in average condition but 20% more expensive than other nearby pubs. Keg options were Amstel, Estrella and 5 from Thatcher's. A cafe menu was advertised, but they wouldn't do a bacon roll as it was 5 minutes past 12 and that was considered a "breakfast item". Not worth the effort.
