E TA left this review about Sticks & Bones
Previously Galley Bar and Bistro, this former dockside commercial premises consists of a paved outside seating area and two large rooms inside. As you enter, you are met with unusual esoterica, mostly themed around board and online fantasy games, escape rooms and modern soft rock bands. The building lends itself nicely to this neo-Gothic fantasy land, with its stone walls and floors, high ceilings, low level multi-coloured lighting and echoey feel in the main bar, while a smaller, darker side room with wooden flooring is fitted out as a games arcade. There is a piano in the centre of the bar, though a small sign on it makes it clear it’s only for paid acts. They sell their own branded T-shirts to those so inclined, and they host live acts as well as games tournaments. Hot food is sometimes offered, mainly tacos and similar junk food, but none was available when we visited. No real ale is available, so we worked our way through the keg range of Guinness, Camden Easy IPA, Rebel IPA, Lucky Buddha Enlightened Beer and two house specials of indeterminate origin, Sticks Press Start IPA and Bones Cider. A great bit of faux-post-apocalyptic fun, but not one for the serious ale drinker.

Although this place concentrates more on the diners there is no problem calling in and sitting inside just for drinks
