E TA left this review about The Piano Bar

A cafe bar within the Weymouth Pavillion, it is intended to provide refreshments for theatre-goers and people who have walked around the Esplanade or up to the Pleasure Pier at the mouth of the Harbour. Cafe style food is on offer, even dog treats, and it does have a bit of a bistro feel, especially at the tables by the windows which offer good views across the water. Several things let it down, though. The staff could barely speak English, and it lacks atmosphere, while the loud families with their feral children make it less than peaceful during the day. There is no real ale or cider, the limited options consisting of Estrella, Guinness, Old Speckled Hen, Inch's Cider, Thatcher's Gold and Stella. Fine for refreshments but not somewhere to spend an evening on its own merits.
