Privately-owned pub a few minutes walk from Helensburgh Railway Station.
Wide variety of keg beers and spirits. Three real-ales on tap (IPA plus two "guests") - West Dunbartonshire CAMRA 'Pub of the Year' three times.
Very busy, especially when live entertainment is on. Live sports on two screens.

This is very much a bar in the Scottish style rather than a pub. It's part of a terrace and inside is an open plan rectangular room with the bar counter along the right. There is a wooden floor with some low tables and chairs. On my Wednesday late afternoon visit people mostly seemed to be drinking either lager or whisky.
There are three hand pumps which had Belhaven IPA & Bridge To Nowhere and GK Old Speckled Hen. I went for the Bridge To Nowhere which was in good condition but a fairly unexciting beer. I found it disappointing that all cask options were from Greene King especially as this was voted Dumbartonshire Pub Of the Year at some point.
