A posh, modern place. Best described as two interior layers, with an exterior glazed frontage for dining and a fairly bland main bar behind. Live music on the go and a kittylitter rear garden. One ale, a collective groan at seeing it was GK (Old Hoppy Hen) though in fairness it was in decent shape and the pump is mounted quite high for an unknown reason. It was a pleasantly mediocre experience.

A slightly strange appearance to this old pub due to a large glassed extension on the front. Inside it has been refurbished in a modern style, with bare floors, white walls and dark woodwork, with a few high tables and leather sofas thrown in. Quite a good pub feel in the main part, although the right hand side has shades of cafeteria. Very friendly with good food and a couple of local ales on handpump (mounted rather high!).
