Breakers Bar, Burnham-On-Sea

A large single-storey seaside bar off the main drag through Brean, surrounded by holiday parks. It's part of the Brighthome Holiday Park, but it's open to all comers. It has its own large car park, and there is a good-sized outside seating area at the back, though the view is largely obstructed by mobile homes. The single large bar is relatively comfortable when not too busy, but the noise levels rise rapidly when vivacious family groups arrive. They are open all day for food, which is standard fare at a reasonable price. The staff were pleasant when we arrived, and overall it wasn't as dreadful as it could have been. No real ale or cider, the best they could offer was Doombar from keg alongside Worthington's, Inch's Cider Coors and a few other popular offerings. Fine for a snack if you happen to be here but it is exactly what you'd expect from this sort of area.
