Will Larter left this review about The Alma
A village local in a whitewashed stone building in the old part of Mosborough, with terrific views from the back garden where there is a children's play area and some seating. Inside there are two rooms, a public bar to the left with dartboard, saloon bar or lounge to the right, with a friendly group or groups of locals indulging in banter that included everyone who came in. An irregularly shaped room, this was a comfortable place for a drink and a chat. The real ale was limited to just Timothy Taylor Landlord, which was in good condition but, as is often the case with this beer, distinctly expensive.
