Graham Coombs left this review about Voodoo Bar
Simple bar in a shop conversion of some years ago, with a Latin American theme and an emphasis on gin, rum and cocktails but a good sideline in real ales due to the owners' enthusiasm. Two handpumps offer changing beers, from Isaac Poad and Pennine at time of visit, and very well kept too. They also own the nearby Angels Cut craft outlet and hope to start brewing on site in the future. Upstairs is a TexMex restaurant and a function room, which hosts sundry local groups ranging from salsa to morris dancing! Not a conventional pub by any means but very friendly, with good beer and food.

Not sure why this is called Voodoo as the frontage clearly says Cantina. Couldn't spot any real ale - various kegs including Punk IPA.

Danny O'Revey left this review about Voodoo Bar
Mexican restaurant & bar serving one real ale. Street level shop unit, basically an open box shape with 6-7 tables and a bar at the far end. Decorated in reds & yellows with lizards etc on the wall. Mexican pipped music. There is a restaurant area upstairs by the looks, the downstairs being informal.
Bit basic, but expect it comes alive in the evenings & the space fills up.

Gill Smith left this review about Voodoo Cafe
Called in this café bar yesterday and found they had Thornbridge Brother Rabbit on. They asked if we were CAMRA members, and we got discount. When they put the 2 halves of beer on the bar, one was clear and the other was very cloudy. He changed the cloudy one, but it was no different. It was drinkable but didn't look or taste right. Interesting décor inside with the painted walls, but I forgot to take any photos. It is Mexican themed and stocks a large range of foreign bottled beers. In 2015 Good Beer Guide.
