During the holiday season Carousels is a beach front bar with outside seating adjacent to a few fairground rides including a carousel. A nice little spot, but the music from the rides becomes a little grating after a short while. This may be the reason that this was the quietest of the many bars along Kings Road Arches on the sunny Friday afternoon just gone.
The interior is made up by a central bar that splits a seating area with plasma screen showing music videos to the right from a dining area to the left. To be honest the dining area felt like a work canteen. Staropramen and Hoegarden were both available alongside a standard draught selection.

I found the service to be lacklustre and atmosphere to be non-existent.
