Conversion of an old cinema and the adjoining building into a pub in two halves under common ownership and sharing a large outdoor yard with benched tables at the back. The Bank is an atmospheric if somewhat basic L-shaped bar with regular live music and a dart board when the stage is not in use. Number 9 is the main body of the cinema which is a large sports bar containing numerous pool tables, dartboards and TV screens. Both offer a reasonable pint of Tribute along with the usual keg stuff. OK if you are there for the music or sport.
