The Rutland Arms is a large stern looking bare brick built pub that is a short walk from the Bull Inn.
When i first visited this pub it was a Shipstones tied house with a very nice drink of Shipstone bitter and mild on the bar.
The pub still has real ales on from the likes of Castle Rock Harvest Pale.
The pub has been done up since my visit and now does food.
