Alan Winfield left this review about Stone Loach Inn
The Stone Loach Inn is a large pub that looks like it was converted from other use,it is in an old building next the the Bull.
Once inside there was a large drinking area with the bar to the right, this area looked modern in style with tall tables and chairs, this area was bare boarded, the room divided into two halfs further into the pub,the left side looked quite nice this was a very long narrow room with a beamed ceiling and a stone floor, there were bench type seating which was attached to the wall with normal tables and chairs, there was a dart board at the far end of this room.
There was some music playing at a decent volume and the pub was almost empty on our Saturday dinner visit,i would have thought that this pub would attract younger drinkers in the evening.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Stone Loach bitter which was an house beer, this was a decent enough drink but i had no idea who brewed this beer, the other beer was Directors bitter.
This is not really my sort of pub but it was ok for a quick drink.
