Alan Winfield left this review about Royal Dragoon

The Royal Dragoon was a really nice looking white painted pub, that was situated just off the centre of Canterbury.
Once inside the pub had two rooms,we had a drink in a smart olde worlde lounge, the seating was bench type and normal tables and chairs, the room was carpeted and was very comfortable.
The pub was a Shepherd Neame tied house, there were two real ales on the bar,we had a drink of Shepherd Neame Master Brew which went down very well,as this was the first pub of an evening session.
This was my 500th pub,so my mates took a photo of me stood outside with a drink of Master Brew in hand.
A very pleasant pub, such a shame it has closed down.
