Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Ship & Anchor
Characterful pub with associated camping / caravan site and small marina, also handy for the station. Multi-room layout of seating and dining areas, all with a traditional look. Now benefits from an elevated patio beer garden on the flood-bank beside the River Arun with a view of the boats. I found Harvey's, Landlord and an excellent Tongham TEA from Hogs Back (£5.60) from three of the four handpumps. What made my visit, though, was the interesting chat with the engaging landlord.
