Up on the rear wall behind the counter is the unmistakeable BrewDog white beer board that lists twenty keg options, most of which are high ABV. I went for half a 4.1% stout that set me back £3.60, at them prices it’s not surprising that I was the only customer during a recent midweek afternoon visit. While waiting for the friendly barmaid to pour my drink I noted that the keg fonts are on the counter rather than the back bar, exciting stuff! The seating consists of booths and banquettes around the windows and walls and high tables and beer shelves in the centre of the room. The toilets are downstairs past a snug with seating that looks onto a projector screen on the rear wall. It’s a grim overflow area that I expect is currently priority seating during the World Cup. There was a bit of 1970s US pop playing which I liked, but I’m bored of this chain so will walk past next time.

Visited a couple of times back in June. Many keg beers available, but I was a little disappointed to find there wasn't much in the way of strong beers, although there was a 6.5% IPA. The bar is card only and the card machine tries to steer you into adding a tip, which I think is quite naughty. Had food here and this was very enjoyable.
Toilets are downstairs, as is a smallish additional seating area.

You know what to expect from a BrewDog bar. Lots of choice of odd named craft ales! Quite expensive but they are good quality. Happy to pop in for one but my wallet couldn't stand a session here! Card only.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about BrewDog Birmingham
A bit more inviting from the street than most BrewDog outlets, and despite the basic furniture and bare-brick decor it felt a bit more comfortable inside too. This positive impression is aided by the usually welcoming and helpful staff. Mid-level piped music, and a couple of record decks can be found at one end of the bar (although I haven't seen any music events advertised). A few patio tables can be found out on the pavement, and a dingy gothic lounge downstairs. No real ale of course, but with 17 of their own brews available plus seven guests on tap and three ciders, there were plenty of styles to choose from.

This was another new bar for me in Birmingham. I did walk in here several years ago, but remember walking out again, which probably doesn't count!
This time, it was packed with almost all tables taken. We managed to secure the last one outside, where we could watch all of the goings on and some of the numerous characters frequenting this lively part of Birmingham City Centre.
Service at the bar is card only and you'll need to take out a mortgage to buy a round, as is naturally the case with all BrewDog establishments. The sheer number of craft beers on their board was too lengthy a list to detail. I went for the strongest, which was an Amundsen Desert In A Can - Mocha Ice Cream Fudge Cake, which was confusingly on draft. It was extremely enjoyable, but at 10.5%, perhaps not the wisest choice for 3rd pub of a fairly long day.
I'd return here, as there'll always be something interesting to drink and it's in a good location near New Street station and with other half decent pubs and bars nearby. Beer prices will always put me off a session though.

Visited 17.4.21 and had to wait a short while for a table from those at the front of the bar. All covid 19 regulations applied. Menu brought out and table service fine. payment by card. Beers chosen Burley Oak JREAM Raspberry Crumble, Brewdog Zombie Cake and Fierce Big Chomp, although the receipt showed Brew York Tonkoatko instead of the Fierce. All beers good though.

Its what it is and you either like it or not, it does for me and provided the best beer of the day in the shape of Elvis Juice, £4.95 for 2/3rds, lovely.

Typical Brew Dog pub. Does exactly what it says on the tetra-pak. As has been noted lower. Not much else to say.

The usual style of utilitarian Brewdog outlet, though slightly less stark on first impact. Booth seating to the right, a central pillar, then table seating. Usual comedy indecipherable beers and measures above the bar. I ended up with a Brewdog Dead Pony which, despite a kerfuffle about a supposedly dead keg, was actually fine and – coldness and fizziness aside – was a decent drop. The barmaid was nice but a bit flaky though as PSM also experienced, I was asked if I had tried the beer before and was offered a taster, so fair play. At that point I was warming to the place but as I settled down I started to find things that made me grumpy, such as the wince-inducing pretentiousness of a neon sign proclaiming that “the revolution will not be televised”. Then the rumblings from the aircon unit which almost obliterated the trendy piped music. And as a neat segway it was freezing cold and I had to keep my coat on (this has happened more than once in these outlets, do BD think punters have to suffer for their art?). A positive note was the impressive ‘beer glossary’ in the bogs which can lead to damp shoes if you’re not careful. A curate’s egg of a visit.
