Micro with no bar. Need to identify the staff and order from a chalk board. They disappear around the back and fetch from gravity pour. Friendly enough. Sat outside, so really didn't see too much of the single roomer.

Micropub that feels traditional – no music, no mobile phone chat, no keg. There’s cream walls and a faint smell of damp. A collection of t-shirts adorns the ceiling. Friendly bunch, mainly cockney expats sharing relocation tips. There’s no bar here and a friendly lady wandered over as I came in to ask what I might be wanting. Five cask were on offer alongside some cans (no cider spotted but others say it exists!), a bit samey style-wise. My Iron Pier Perry St was fine, if a bit ‘stillagey’ (NBSS 3); pub is GBG listed. This felt like a traditional micro done right, a community space with drinking and conviviality. A ‘parlour pub’, in fact. 8.5

Very good micropub that has been going some years now. Well described below I liked the decor of this one especially the T-Shirt collection on the ceiling and when visiting the small toilet I did have to crack a smile in admiration of the person whose photoshopping skills had produced the several publicity flyers for the pub which adorned the toilet walls and had the pub with various famous people standing outside it.
Five beers on for our visit in the form of Magic Rock Ringmaster, Canterbury Ales Millers, Arbor Smac My Brew Up, Iron Pier White Out IPA and a Tiny Rebel and Thornbridge collaboration called Rainbow Road. I was offered tasters of the two local Kentish ales and plumped for the Canterbury Ales brew which was a decent Best Bitter, and Mrs G’s Kent Rhubarb Cider went down well also.
It was being well utilised for a Tuesday lunch time and we had to perch on the only remaining table space left

This micropub was a former butchers shop at some point. We visited here on a Wednesday lunchtime and found the pub to be busy, which was a good sign. There was a choice of four ales chalked up on a board, which were Kent Pale, 360 degree pale, Longman APA and Westerham Bonfire. I went for the Kent pale at £3.40 a pint. Features here were the collection of printed micropub T shirts on the ceiling. There was also a £1 fine for the use of mobile phones. Fellow drinkers were all welcoming and chatty.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Just Reproach

Usual micro-pub arrangement, full of breweriana and pump clip decor, although it has more seating than some. However, it doesn't have a counter or any handpumps, so you order from chalkboard and the beer is dispensed on gravity from the casks on stillages in a temperature-controlled room to the rear. When I called in, I found Skinner's GTA, Gadd's Sea Shells, Goacher's Gold Star and Rother Valley Summertime Blues (£3.20). With a good atmosphere, and welcoming staff, this one is certainly well worth a stop if in the area.

Micropub in former shop, there is no bar - the beer is fetched from the rear by the owners. High tables and benches with cushions, the size means you are drawn into any conversation going on. The beer is top notch. Excellent place for the real ale fan.
