The Oddfellows Arms was a bare brick built pub that was in a residential area just off the town centre,the pub faced a large tower block.
Once inside there was a fairly large room that was carpeted and was quite smart and comfortable,the pub was a Vaux tied house when i visited it and there were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of Darleys bitter and this was a decent drink the other beers were Vaux bitter and Vaux Samson.
I quite liked this pub.
This pub is still standing but has now sadly closed down,it is now used as some kind of islam education centre.
What a waste of a decent pub.
