In the 1990's it was ran by a lovely couple named nevinson margeret burns and david cobbledick burns, I grew up living in this pub till the age of 5, unfortunatley it was knocked down but across the road the sister of david cobbledick (patricia cobbledick) works at the greymare) the best ever pub salford ever had. I still miss the pub today. If you don't believe me on this then go through records of who ran it. They were my nanna and grandad, the juke box mostly played M-PEOPLE one night in heaven and a sight for sore eyes, I'm hoping the pubs galore people may have other pictures of this pub as it means a lot to me, david (my grandad) passed away in 2008 so it has a lot of memories for me.

The Swan Hotel was an old looking stand alone pub.
Once inside there were a couple of rooms and i had a drink in the lounge which was comfortable enough.
When i visited this pub it was a Vaux tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Vaux bitter and this was quite a nice drink the other beer was Vaux Samson bitter.
Sadly this pub has now been demolished, what a waste.
