Alan Winfield left this review about The Blue Rooms
The Blue Rooms is a small bar and cafe that is opposite the Poste of Stone Spoons.
Once inside there is a small bar area with the bar facing, there were two bar stools to the right and a couple of tables and chairs to the left, there were other areas to the rear left, these were set aside for diners.
There was one real ale on the bar, plus two draught lagers,i had a drink of Salopian Shropshire Gold which was a decent well kept beer.
Most customers were older and driking tea and coffee with cakes.
I had quick chat with the friendly owner, she said the bar opens from 11 till 3 then 6 till 11 in the evening.
This is not really a place to go for a drink, but if you are in town with your wife who wants a cake and tea, there is a decent drink on the bar for yourself.
