Blackthorn _ left this review about Tasting Rooms Cafe Bar
This is not really a pub in the traditional sense, but much more of a cafe and consequently there are no draught drinks available and only a limited selection of bottles. Unusually the downstairs is a shop consisting of a delicatessen type setup and a wine merchants. Upstairs the cafe has bare wooden boards on the floor, mustard colour paintwork, purple seating and a stainless steel bar counter. It consists of two rooms, each with an old fire-place. Most, if not all, of the tables were laid up for food.
At the rear is a small outside terrace with wooden decking and four of five small tables, all quite tightly packed in. A number of old wine crates had been pressed in to service as plant pots. Outside seating is at a premium in central Bath, but this had no views other than the tip of a nearby church spire, and would not get much in the way of sun unless it was directly overhead.
As previously mentioned, no draught drinks were available and only two or three bottles. Bar service was apparently not available and we had to return to our table and wait for our drinks to be brought out. This seemed to take an inordinately long time, especially considering there was no-one else being served, although to be fair the waitress was friendly enough and did apologise for the delay.
