Not my usual style of review here. This Toby Carvery occupies the upper floor of a modern shopping centre building, while the ground floor is actually a Harvester. There is a patio area. Both normally appear on PG, so here goes. I didn,t really see the Harvester, as you approach the Toby via a side stairway. The room is open plan, with the carvery at the far end and a small bar, with a couple of less foody seats, is off to the right. The place is in a red and chocolate decor, with spoons and spatchulas on the walls. There was no TV. There is a lift if needed. The service was fine, as was the food. Beer; no real ale, just a bit of keg stuff, so I had coke. Very much a slim-line version of usual Toby places. It did the job regarding food, but never in a month of Sundays would you go here for just a drink, unless you had a meat fetish.
