Graham Coombs left this review about Boundary on the Green

A new-build Marstons eatery serving the housing developments on the former Guards' barracks site, handy for the adjacent Tesco. Formed of a typical jumble of building styles designed to look old, with an equally typical modern rustic dining pub interior. Still, it's pleasant, bright and warm and there are some reasonable drinking areas including a few sofas. Ales on were Pedigree and Wainwright, with Young's Original 'Coming Soon'. Ok if you are looking for a dining pub, otherwise nothing much to attract but nothing much objectionable either.

John Chisholm left this review about The Fleeting Brook

To avoid any confusion, this pub was ''The Ladybird'' until Autumn 16 when it was closed for a full refurb. Upon completion it has re-opened as ''The Fleeting Brook''. The name chosen is not obvious with no brook on Caterham Hill but it may refer to the Bourne, the name given to a geographical feature of an underground stream in nearby Caterham Valley which floods after severe pro-longed rain every few years.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Ladybird

Newly built pub located in a fine position in the grounds of the former Caterham barracks, and the paved and grassed beer garden areas overlook the cricket ground. Inside, the 'L'-shaped layout includes large dining areas at each end. Pedigree, Ringwood Best Bitter, Hobgoblin and the seasonal Sweet Chariot were available on handpump, with another two ales 'available soon'.
