Alan Winfield left this review about The Tally Ho Inn
This is an old pub that is on the main A15 road just outside the village of Aswarby.
Once inside there was a smallish room that had carpets and comfortable seating,i thought this room had a very cosy feel to it,there was also a seperate dining room to the rear of the pub.
There were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of Swaton brewery Three Degrees and this was a very nice drink the other beers were Taylor Landlord and GK Abbot.
The pub was just about to close when we got here but when we said we would only have a quick drink we were served with a smile which i thought was nice of the bar staff.
There is a small garden to the rear of the pub and this pub also has rooms to stay in,it is rated three stars by the AA and it has also had an egon ronay award so the food must be quite nice here.
I quite enjoyed having a drink in this pub.
