A pub, a music venue and a record shop. What's not to like? I'd read the Camra website's blurb about membrane keg dispense before coming here, but the lass behind the bar looked puzzled when I mentioned craft beer. She recovered and mentioned the Evan Evans Cwrw on hand pump, and two keg taps with Tiny Rebel tropical fruit juice. I did notice a couple of taps on the back wall, but it looks like they're out of action. My pint of Cwrw (it's not a house beer - it's Welsh for "beer"!) was pretty good, if a little cold (NBSS 3.5), and cost £5. I quite liked it here, for a quick visit, but the hippy colour scheme and the Californian music soon becomes tiresome, and I was glad to extract myself from the least squidgy of the deep sofas and emerge blinking into the 21st century.
